Kerr Lake Bassmasters June Open Team Tournament
Open team tournament June 15 6:00 AM -3:00 PM at Longwood Park. Entry fee: CASH ONLY $75 per team includes $10 Big Fish pot. We appreciate having correct change and small bills. (Makes it easier to break out the payback) 100% payback on big fish. 80% payback to the field. Paying 1 place (1-5 boats), 2 places (6-10 boats) 3 places (11-15 boats) etc. Our payback scheme can be found here . 5 fish, 14" minimum. Artificial baits only. You will be asked to sign a waiver of liability at registration.Results from our April Open
Twenty six teams particpated on April 14. Brain Callaway and Gary Dickerson took first place with 11.67 lbs. Big fish honors went to the team of William Powers and Gary Goodlevy with a 4.97 lbs. bass.Results from our March Open
Twenty teams participated on Saturday March 9. Brian Hardy and Chris Wray took top honors with 15.06 lbs. Second place went to Blake and William Perkinson with 12.69 lbs. Third went to Glen Boyd and John Markle with 12.09 lbs. and right behind them for fourth was Mike Nichols and Mark Winn with 12.06 lbs. Mike and Mark's weight came on just three fish, two of which are below--their 5.6 lbs. Big Fish winner and a 4.92 lbs. bass.
Results from our 2013 Early Bird Open
Eighteen teams participated on a beautiful Sunday. Charlie Reed (pictured) and Denny Gilbert took top honors with 18.21 lbs, anchored by their 5.89 lbs. lunker.Mark Winn and Mike Nichols were second with 17.86 lbs. Third went to Marty Warren and Rodney Cox with 15.78 lbs. Ryan Reynolds and Nelson Tate took fourth with 15.16 lbs.
Results from our Veteran's Day Open
Ten teams participated on a beautiful Sunday. Jay Rigney took top honors with a 5 fish limit of smallmouth bass weighing 13.98 lbs. This was anchored by his big fish of 4.11 lbs.
Results of our Adam& Eve/ Youth Tournament, Sept. 23
Seven teams participated, thanks to everyone who came out. Top honors went to Clay and Brittany Samples with 11.94 lbs. anchored by their 4.94 lbs. Big Fish. Congratulations!
